In my view, Isabelle delivered the most valuable component of a recent actuarial workshop that I attended, early in 2018. The workshop consisted of fairly dry, technical discussions, for the most part. Isabelle had clearly prepared her presentation to disrupt the workshop – by presenting material that gave the audience good reason to sit back and think about the way that the group had been engaging with the project, and the people. The material was particularly appropriate and well thought through. While Isabelle's presentation was brief, it was influential and very refreshing – not least because it broke away from the standard approach of reading slides to the audience. As I flew home from the workshop, I distinctly recall Isabelle's presentation as being the most impactful for me – and I provided this feedback to the workshop 'leader'.

Isabelle supported my team through a period of change and transformation. From our initial conversation it came across very clearly that Isabelle has a high passion in Coaching in the wider sense, which is a key requirement in order to become successful, which she has been on this assignment. Isabelle has been able to win the trust of the individual team members as they were openly sharing their concerns with her. This was certainly a difficult task but Isabelle managed it with her warm and inclusive personality very well. The workshop was a great final conclusion with a strong blend of ‚simple‘ (in a good sense) concepts, theories and practical assignments. I think there is always the question of Return On Investment of a Coaching assignment but I do feel the impact Isabelle had on the team as I see them more stepping out of their comfort zone, which is a big credit to Isabelle. The first time I dared to get a dream out of my head into the world was so energizing, empowering and joyful at the same time that I decided to keep up moving forwards. Next step, I was determined to take ownership of my beliefs and actively participate in making tourism transformational.

My regular exchanges with Isabelle helped me believe this new mission on Earth I could feel deep inside had to be activated in the living matter as are the Elements and energy as a basis of Life. After co-creating "instants d'Absolu" Ecolodge & Spa in the Auvergne's Wilderness, I've been active designing a community of ecolodges around the word and the concrete, tangible result is The Best Of Nature, a network of awe-inspiring places reconnecting Man with Nature and by mirror effect, with our gentle, sensitive and happy nature. In brief, healing places both for our Humanity and the Planet.

I enjoyed this transformational journey as such, where I feel strongly connected with my creative power and aligned with my values and my community. In this New World rising up with new paradigms, I was pushed to realise that rather than an "alone on a remote place" feeling I was though happy with for years at our ecolodge, I and my community now need an alltogetherness approach to Travel & Life. Both for a better tourism and a better Tomorrow.

Mon Expérience en deep coaching avec Isabelle - Mon vrai MOI avec toute sa puissance. _{(juin 2018)}

En relisant la page d'isabelle qui parle entre autre de cohérence avec soi-même, je me rends compte que je commence à comprendre et surtout à ressentir ce que cela veut dire, et quel puissant effet cela a sur moi. C'est impressionnant!

Isabelle m'avait dit, avant de commencer ce "deep coaching" avec elle, que je ne serais plus la même. Ce que je trouve impressionnant dans mon développement, c'est que je ne suis pas différente mais au contraire que je suis en train de devenir mon vrai MOI sous toutes ses facettes positives.

C'est à travers quelques séances dans une atmosphère très detendue et une méthode très intuitive et subtile qui est la sienne, que je me 'découvre'. Ceci en partie à pas de géant, comme entre autre, à notre dernier entretient lorsqu'après 25 minutes nous découvrions mon moteur de vie. Cela m'a permis de me mettre le coeur en paix sur des sujets qui me freinaient depuis toute une vie sans que j'en sois consciente. Je ressens l'énergie libérée grâce à ce genre de découverte, un peu comme un rendez-vous annulé en dernière minute, qui vous donne tout à coup une plage de temps inattendue dans une journée toute planifiée.

Ce qui me plaît beaucoup dans la méthode d'Isabelle, est qu'elle n'a rien d'ésotérique, que tout est en moi et qu'il suffit de comprendre les éléments et mécanismes pour gagner énormément en qualité des vie, privée, professionnelle et à tous les niveaux.

Après trois mois de coaching intensif et quelques séances ici et là pour parler de mes progrès: _{(août 2019)}

J’ai les idées beaucoup plus claires sur ce que j’ai envie de faire et de ne pas faire, et de ce fait, je suis beaucoup plus focalisée. J‘ai plus d'énergie, j'ai énormément gagné en confiance en moi, je suis beaucoup plus posée, je réagis d‘une manière beaucoup plus détendue dans des situations (professionelles) difficiles, j‘ai pris des décisions qui m’ont menée a un développement professionel que je n‘aurais jamais imaginé possible il y a seulement un an. J‘ai pris conscience que c‘est moi qui me mets dans des situations de stress et donc je les gère activement et suis beaucoup plus sereine. Je me suis débarrassée d‘un tas d’idées préconçues, de préjugés inexplicables et d'autres choses qui me bloquaient inutilement. J'ai appris à me détacher de ce que les gens pouvaient penser de moi, ce qui me met beaucoup plus a l‘aise dans n‘importe quelle situation professionelle ou privée. Je réussis de mieux en mieux à gérer les situations en partie très intenses et exigeantes.

Je me réjouis de continuer ce processus de développement personnel et professionnel que le coaching d'Isabelle a accéléré de manière très substantielle. Merci Isabelle.

Lorsqu'il y a 10 ans, nous avons découvert ce lieu incroyable que nous avons intuitivement ressenti et pressenti comme un écolodge inspiré par la nature et une démarche de reconnexion à l'essentiel, tout se mettait en travers de notre route.

Lors de nos échanges, Isabelle a tout de suite évacué les barrages (notamment financiers) rencontrés sur le chemin grâce à des approches originales et en me nourrissant de paroles d'ouverture. J'ai donc pu ouvrir des portes et donner vie à ce projet que j'ai construit à l'image d'un projet de bout du monde, en connexion avec les institutionnels et politiques locaux. J'aurais pu rêver d'un lodge en Afrique, nous avons créé "instants d'Absolu" Ecolodge & Spa sur un site d'une totale poésie au cœur de la France, en connexion avec la nature et notre propre nature.

Merci Isabelle pour ton accompagnement d'une douceur totale, presque "l'air de rien", ta capacité à catalyser ce potentiel qui sommeillait en moi pour faire naître le meilleur.

Ich habe gewisse Schwierigkeiten mit Lernen und bin deswegen das zweite Studienjahr am wiederholen. Isabelle hat mir dabei geholfen mit meiner Lernschwierigkeit umzugehen. Durch aktives zuhören und analysieren der Situation, konnte sie mich auf meine Schwächen aufmerksam machen und bezogen auf meine Persönlichkeit Lösungsvorschläge bringen, um mir das Lernen zu erleichtern. Über meine Schwächen zu sprechen mit einer objektiven Person alleine hat mir schon sehr geholfen. Mit den Tips und Tricks, die mir Isabelle vorgeschlagen hat, ist es mir gelungen das Semester erfolgreich zu bestehen. Es brauchte dabei auch viel Disziplin meinerseits, was durch die Methoden die Isabelle vorgeschlagen hat, erleichtert wurde. Ich kann das Coaching mit Isabelle nur weiter empfehlen.
